ANS1312E Server media mount not possible,
Problem:
The server timed out waiting for a mount of an offline volume.
Solution:
This problem is due to lack of scratch tapes. after we loaded enough scratch tapes this problem will be solved.
Still we get the same error. we might have a problem with maxscratch parameter. this time we need to update the maxscratch parameter.
Using this command:
update stgpool <stgpool_name> maxscratch <some_number>
